About the Event
A meditative experience where participants are immersed in soothing sounds and vibrations produced by instruments like singing bowls, gongs, and chimes. The resonant tones promote deep relaxation, reduce stress, and help restore balance to the mind and body. Sessions can be guided or unguided and are often used for mindfulness, healing, and emotional well-being.
This event is free and guided. Our host, Jen, will also provide yoga mats to people who do not bring their own!
