Key Responsibilities

Ensure exceptional guest hospitality and communicate promotions/menu customizations.
Efficiently manage transactions using the point-of-sale system.
Receive Barista training for preparing quality coffee and café menu items.
Maintain cleanliness and organization for a welcoming café environment.
Demonstrate menu knowledge and assist guests with choices.
Perform equipment maintenance and uphold safety and hygiene standards.
Receive training on operating an espresso machine for espresso-based beverages.
Follow recipes and quality standards for consistent food and beverage delivery.
Collaborate with Baristas to meet guest expectations.
